HR Administrator

  • Providing clerical support to HR Department
  • Entering/posting requisitions for open jobs
  • Setting up interviews with potential candidates
  • New-hire data entry/onboarding
  • Coordinate with staffing vendors
  • Manage punch-in/out details daily with automated timekeeping system
  • Entering absences into PLEX and ADP systesm
  • Review and maintain timekeeping and attendance
  • Report no call no shows to HR Generalist and designated business unit
  • Administering attendance discipline write-ups, preparation and distribution/monitoring

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of HR or related experience
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Manufacturing/automotive experience a plus
