Client located in Windsor, ON and Detroit, MI is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead their North American Sales.
- Extremely successful senior sales with focus on building relationships and networks – experience building partnerships with channel partners (not simply responding to RFP’s)Potentially works for a Siemens or Rockwell or similar major HW/SW vendor, Electro-Matic or similar
- Experienced in Account Management/Business Development for larger corporations.
- Has experience selling to senior level execs – often pitching and presenting higher level automation business ideas, recommendations, thought leadership (can engage customers on more than just the technical/working requirements of the job)
- Ready and eager to assume a leadership role and possess the ability to implement change through all facets of an organization, namely the sales and business development division.
- Spends a lot of time with customers – both during the day, in work environment, and off hours entertaining.
- Understands and is 100% committed to continuing to spend same amount of time away from the office selling and entertaining/building relationships as in the office.
