Receptionist

  • ​Oversee incoming calls and ensure clients are receiving prompt attention and care. Provide service to clients and associates as an information source, referring or taking messages with a high level of customer service.
  • Greet all individuals that enter the suite in a manner that accurately reflects company standards.
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail as well as signing for all deliveries. Ensure that the postage meter is appropriately filled.
  • Responsible for overall offices supplies, including kitchen supplies, staff supplies and printing supplies as well as cost containment to ensure funds allocated are used appropriately. Research and implement money saving programs for the office related to these general expenses.
  • Assist the President and CEO will all requests (including but not limited to calendar, travel, meeting preparation, correspondence, invoice payment, miscellaneous errands, etc).
  • Track, order and distribute gifts and greeting cards for staff and clients.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be able to work independently and use Microsoft products such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.


Education and Experience: Must have at least 2 years of past experience as a receptionist. Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products as mentioned above. Microsoft CRM experience is a plus.
