Provide critical leadership and guidance input into the strategic direction of the systems in support of the Global Real Estate, Sourcing and Procurement environments. Serve as technical lead for the supported business processes in the respective areas identified above. Support will include a deep-knowledge of the business processes and apply the business knowledge to the systemic support structure. As part of the end-to-end project management, it is essential that significant detail is provided for requirements gathering and documentation and then applied to systemic testing on the proposed solutions.
RESPONSIBILITY
This position leads, manages, designs and conceptualizes systems projects for the areas of Global Real Estate, Sourcing and Procurement environments. This position generates ideas and solutions as well as designs and operationalizes solutions for other's ideas. This position is responsible for the successful completion of the projects on time and within budget. This position leads, champions, develops, manages, drives and influences key relationships that are critical to the success of strategic and transformational initiatives. This position maintains on-going interaction with client groups and other functional areas relating to objectives, deliverables and related matters within the Real Estate & Supply Chain Systems and processes. This position leads business and functional requirements analysis, system design and interpretation, testing preparation and execution and implementation oversight.
Qualifications
Expert understanding and experience in disciplines and implementation of software solutions with a particular focus on implementing transformational initiatives (systems and process) and change management. Strong leadership, analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to influence people and work with all levels of an organization. Ability to communicate with and influence senior management and leaders. Demonstrates advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills. College degree or commensurate work experience is required. Demonstrates strong background in specific functional roles as outlined. Detailed knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software applications specifically including VISIO and MS Project.
