Helpdesk Analyst

CircleHawk has an immediate need for a strong Technical Helpdesk Analyst who has exceptional communication and customer support skills. This candidate provide phone based Technical and Business support to internal and external clients. The candidate needs to have experience handling technical calls and working 100% on a call desk.

Technical calls can range from simple password resets to more complex software and hardware and software related issues. Candidates must have a technical knowledge to leverage in order to handle all variety of calls.

This team works in a very collaborative environment and is very professional. Candidates must have excellent personalities, presentation skills, and communication.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3+ years working exclusively on a Technical Phone Support desk
  • 3+ years of Technical troubleshooting via phone
  • Experience handling queued tickets and responding via phone or email
  • Experience with call tracking software
  • Experience with Callcenter software (ie Remedy, zendesk etc.)
  • Exceptional Customer Support and Communication
