The Director of Product Marketing will work closely with the executive team and international teams to define, drive and implement a cohesive product marketing strategy. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products, solutions, and services in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.

You’ve got 5-7 years of hands-on technology product marketing experience in a start-up environment. You’d like your voice to be heard, your hard work to be noticed, and make an organizational-wide impact.
You’re not a “salesperson” by title, but as a product marketer, you appreciate how critical your role is for sales enablement strategy and delivery. You either already enjoy planning and conducting user research, or you’re interested in adding that to your skill set. Similarly, you either already enjoy utilizing Design Thinking as part of your planning processes, or you’re interested in learning how to do so.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to define the key value proposition for the company and its products Lead product, marketing and CX research and use the data to help guide a data-driven product roadmap Product Go-to-Market: Plan, work across multiple internal teams and execute go-to-market activities for product launches Create compelling sales enablement and marketing collateral Contribute to thought leadership pieces, such as articles, public presentations, etc Lead the company’s social media strategy for product marketing Participate in the company’s senior leadership team meetings, identifying, recording, and following up on the action items and projects
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience with B2B technology product marketing (a plus, but not necessary: experience with martech, mobile, and/or analytics)
- Superior B2B marketing skills with experience in marketing technology products and services directly to end clients and/or media agencies
- Excellent written, visual and presentation skills
- A successful track record of marketing in an organization whose success is measured by generating sales and profits in order to meet stated goals
- Experience in developing a sales and marketing alignment
- Proven ability to take sophisticated analytical or technical solutions, distill the key value points, and package for a broad audience
- Highly autonomous, self-directed and comfortable working within an entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional leadership, management and communication skills
- Have the ability to work smart and be resourceful, as this is a start-up
