    - $140,000 to $160,000 Annual Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience

    This multi-site private practice opened more than 20 years ago and is owned by a maternal-fetal medicine specialist who focuses on serving high-risk obstetrics patients. With a dedicated staff of more than 30 highly-trained individuals, the practice is committed to creating positive, attentive healthcare experiences for each and every patient. Their services include high-risk obstetrics, maternal-fetal medicine, ob/gyn ultrasound (including 3D/4D), and other prenatal services. The practice has multiple offices throughout New York City and a robust partnership network extending into surrounding states, as well as affiliations with top-ranked hospitals.



    POSITION DESCRIPTION:
    The Practice Administrator will be responsible for practice operations at all locations, reporting directly to the physician owner.  The Practice Administrator is responsible for business growth, community reputation, HIPAA compliance, training and scheduling of staff, community and government relationships, and day-to-day operations.

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

    - train on and troubleshoot the electronic health record
    - oversee medical supply inventory and ordering
    - be responsible for addressing patient issues and increasing patient satisfaction
    - oversee quality control
    - facilitate staff meetings
    - participate in the recruitment of qualified clinical and non-clinical staff
    - directly supervise administrative staff members
    - indirectly supervise clinical staff members
    - maintain and evaluate vendor relationships
    - maintain overall responsibility for physical sites

    This is a senior leadership position with a high level of responsibility and autonomy.  The Practice Administrator will work closely with the marketer and physician owner in regard to growth and expansion efforts, with a lucrative bonus structure for success in this area.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    - 5+ years leadership experience in a private practice setting or hospital administration
    - minimum of Bachelor’s degree
    - previous experience in an ob/gyn or related environment 
    - excellent communication and presentation skills
