- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday, 8am to 6pm
- Thursday, 8am to 8pm
- Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Saturday, 8am to 1pm
- Sunday, closed
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $105,000 to $135,000 Annually, dependent upon experience and performance

They have nearly 40 offices in Brooklyn, Long Island, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island, and are the preferred healthcare destination in every community. In addition to robust primary care offerings, they also operate specialty service lines in cardiology, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, allergy and immunology, dermatology, and more. Their large staff of physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants are supported by dedicated team members, utilizing resources such as on-site laboratory services. POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Serve as a primary care provider to an internal medicine and/or family practice patient base.
Typical clinical duties include:
- obtain and document patient history as appropriate to chief complaint or reason for visit
- conduct relevant physical exams and evaluate patients, documenting pertinent findings
- diagnose and treat disease
- manage chronic illness
- prescribe medication in accordance with New York State and federal law
- order appropriate laboratory, radiological, and special examinations or tests
- interpret test results
- provide preventative health services, including health education and counseling
- collaborate with other clinicians and staff members to ensure continuity of care of patients
- attend staff educational programs and meetings
- perform other job-related duties as required
A variable number of patients per day are seen, based upon provider preference and patient need.
All patient visits are prepped and supported by a clinical assistant.
The practice utilizes the Epic EHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- New York NP or PA license
- DEA
- 1+ year advanced practice experience in outpatient primary care
