Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities: 
  • Build, scale and manage our growing Marketing tech stack, including Marketo, Bizible, Drift, and support, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Unbounce, and LeanData
  • Own our Marketo instance including database health, data acquisition and flow across systems, automation logic, forms/form handlers, segmentation, campaign management and list management 
  • Function as the lead analytics partner for integrated marketing campaigns, including consistent tracking, KPIs and dashboards plus developing insights into campaign impact on onboarding, upsell, product awareness, product usage and more 
  • Define and deliver core marketing metrics, dashboards, reporting and analytics on demand gen activities and funnel performance across all business lines 
  • Collaborate with Operation and GTM teams to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and our revenue pipeline, including optimization, testing, targeting, lead scoring, and nurture cadences 

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in analytics; experience in marketing, growth analytics, revenue is a plus
  • Experience working with large data sets 
  • Familiarity with lifecycle marketing programs and tactics for integrated campaigns and demand gen is a plus 
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is highly desired 
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate business objectives into supporting system requirements 
  • Productive, self starter, team-player
