The Job: Team CHOMPS is searching for a highly motivated and analytical digital media manager to drive profitable growth online and in-store. You will have a proven track record of success within an agency or brand role and are hungry to apply your knowledge to cross-channel strategies. You will report to the Director of E-Commerce and work closely with the entire marketing team to ensure your efforts stay connected to the efforts of our affiliate program, email marketing campaigns, new product launches, and other initiatives. You will balance the strategic long-term priorities with the more near-term revenue goals to ensure we set up a sustainable, profitable business model.

Responsibilities:
· Develop strategic media plans rooted in competitive research, use of media planning tools, and application of historic performance insights.
· Day to day management of cross-channel digital media platforms including Google, Microsoft/Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, and more.
· Own and build relationships with media platform partners to ensure CHOMPS is executing the latest best in class campaigns.
· Ongoing effort to attend various white hat training/educational seminars and conferences (company-paid) to ensure they’re always up to date with the latest and greatest best practices and techniques.
· Leverage your professional network to stay up on best practices and the changing technology landscape.
· Work hand in hand with the creative team on ad creative strategy – design, test, and analyze results to identify the best product messaging across all stages of the customer journey.
· Collaborate with the rest of the marketing and creative team to ensure all landing pages and UX design is fully optimized for conversion.
· Build new customer acquisition strategy to further penetrate the key communities and demographics we currently service and establish new cohorts to target.
· Track and report performance metrics daily to ensure effectiveness and ROI improvement over time. Use of ad platform, Google Analytics, and Shopify data sources to understand customers’ multi-touch ad journey.
· Develop and execute A/B testing strategies across all media channels to further improve ROI
· Work with the Shopper Marketing team to strategically drive brand awareness and in-store purchase for prioritized retail accounts.
· As part of the Chomps team, you will occasionally help support critical strategic business initiatives.
Requirements:
· BA or higher
· 3+ years in digital media management role
· Experience in paid search management required. Must demonstrate working knowledge and/or previous collaboration with other digital channels
· Experience in paid social and/or programmatic a strong plus.
· Proven track record of improving performance for growing CPG and E-Commerce brands
· Certifications on relevant digital marketing platforms
· Proficiency in Google Analytics required, Shopify experience a plus
· Data-driven and detail oriented. Strong in analytics and able to translate data insights into successful marketing strategies
