Overview
We are looking for an organised Brand Marketing Manager for Family Safety for one of the world’s largest video-sharing platforms. Making sure users are kept safe on their platform is a priority for them and the approach to online safety and specifically child safety is central to everything they do. In this role, you will actively support the launch and maintenance of safety-related products and programs across EMEA, working closely with global product and brand teams on one hand and regional and local cross-functional teams on the other hand. You will also continue to shape the platform’s approach to Family Safety, updating the narrative and developing the go-to-market approach for EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Execute the platform’s existing marketing strategy for Family Safety in EMEA
- Develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product, marketing and partnership strategy
- Manage the development and execution of successful campaign for the children’s platform, including briefing external partners and agencies
- Create playbooks, guides and best practices to empower local teams to successfully meet their goals
- Support the launch of the children’s platform in several EMEA markets
- Work cross-functionally with multiple teams, such as Product, Policy, Comms, Platform Safety EMEA teams and local country safety Marketing teams
Qualifications and Skills

- BA degree or equivalent experience
- Project Management - ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in fast-moving, ambiguous and highly collaborative culture
- Strong executor and problem solver, who can be resourceful and creative
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Great written and verbal skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a natural talent for data analysis and reporting
