JOB DESCRIPTION – GRILL COOK

Title: Grill Cook
Reports To: Supervisor

Job Description
The Grill Cook is responsible for execution on the grill, as well as on the fryer and garnish stations and any other areas of the kitchen as required. The rill Cook will execute all orders as directed by the Supervisor.
Essential Functions
• Execute all prep as directed by the Sous Chef’s par level sheets
• Participate in food production and preparation
• Cook, prep, and expedite during peak meal periods as needed
• Comply with production quality to ensure our standards are met and assure the same from all kitchen employees
• Ensure the highest level of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Perform all functions in conformance to our standards
• Cross-train in most service line positions
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
▪ Proficiency in English
▪ Positive attitude, team player
▪ Ability to work well under pressure
▪ Prior foodservice experience an asset, but not essential
