As the Key Relationships Intern for The Well, you'll support our communications and events for the group of people who make our 100% model possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• You'll support The Well Program, a group of 135 individuals and families who support our operations and make our 100% model possible.
• You'll help manage important communications to our Well Members and coordinate procedures for improved efficiency.
• You’ll manage internal and external Well Member portals.
• You'll handle general donor support, working closely with our Key Relationships team to
make sure all communication with donors is streamlined and consistent with our brand and
mission.

SKILLS
You're independent and self-motivated.
You can handle a bunch of tasks without constant supervision. You relish the chance to own your projects – you're confident and capable of representing charity: water, while also following our staff's critique and leadership.

You're a mover and a shaker.
You're eager to learn. You're inspired to change the world. You know that funding water projects in developing nations can do this. You're committed to charity: water's mission and solving the world water crisis.

You have a team ethos.
You thrive in a creative, inventive, fast-paced startup environment, with people who are passionate about their work and mission. You're excited to work cross-functionally with other departments.

You have the basics down pat.
You know how to best use Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Excel and online tools to manage data and contact info. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus!

COMMITMENT
You’ll start in September and commit until December. We’ll need you for 20-25 hours per week. Although this is an unpaid position, we’re happy to work with your institution for school credit.
