You have significant experience in the ABL, Growth, or Distressed Lending space and you may have experience in sourcing or structuring equity or quasi-equity M&A deals. You have a deep rolodex in Western Canada that allows you to start conversations quickly. You understand what it takes to build rapport and confidence with your customers based on your integrity and acumen. You likely come from commercial banking or finance but also have proven sales and business development skills. You are an experienced and proven cold-caller who embraces the buzz that comes from digging hard and finding opportunity jewels while meeting new people. You have an energy level and persistence that exceeds most if not all of your friends.
