    Our client is seeking a highly professional, self-motivated and detail-oriented individual for this direct hire opportunity! This position is responsible for administration of incoming orders and providing superior customer service via phone and email. The job requires extensive telephone contact with customers, excellent written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    Summary of Major Responsibilities:
    • Take sales order via telephone, fax or email
    • Review orders for accuracy and potential issues in meeting the order requirements
    • Provide outstanding customer service by efficiently answering customer questions regarding order status, stock availability, and pricing
    • Develop basic technical knowledge of products and procedures and is able to effectively share that information with customers
    • Process shipping paperwork for foreign orders
    • Perform receptionist duties as scheduled
    Education:
    • High School Graduate or GED required
    • Post high school education preferred
    Required Skills or Knowledge:
    • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
    • Must possess a professional phone demeanor
    • Computer operation/data entry skills
    • Excellent typing skills
    • Ability to use Microsoft Word and database computer applications
    • Ability to use Microsoft Excel
    • Experience utilizing an ERP/CRM system a plus
    • Prior experience entering orders in computer system
