Plus extra $.04cpm to haul hazmat 


Initial Sign-on Bonus of $2,250 each Paid on the First check

$1700- $2000 a week !!!

$825 or $650 CSA Safety Bonus + Paid Time Off each
every 30 days for your first 90 days* PAID MONTHLY
*After first 90 days, you will be eligible for CSA Safety Bonuses every 90 days  $825.00 + 8 Hours paid time off

Pre-Qualifications


• Minimum Age 23

• Minimum Experience (tractor Trailer/OTR)
• 1 year OTR in the last 3 years with at least 6 months in the past 12 months OR 3 months in the past 6 months. 
• Moving Violations (max in 4 year period) 3 in the last 4 years (no more than 2 in the last 12 months)
• Policy on License suspensions No suspension due to a moving violation in the last  4 years. 
• DOT Recordable Accidents DOT preventable has to be 4 years old.  
• Incidents (max in 3 year period) 1 in the last 18 months
• Ticket / Accident / Incident Combo Will review 
• Maximum Major Moving Violation (in the last 3 years) We will allow one 15+ speeding in the last 3 years. None of these in the last 3 years in a CMV or PMV Following to close, Careless, cell phone, reckless, Driving while out of service, Speeding in construction zone, improper passing. 
• Major Moving Violations- that are automatic DQ's None of these in the last 4 years Failure to maintain lane, Improper turn or improper lane change
• Max. Number of Jobs- in the last 3 years 6 jobs in the last 3 years 
• Policy Against Unemployment- even if it is accounted for No more than a 151 day gap in employment in the past 18 months. 
• Terminated Applicants  No, has to be 1 year since any termination. No more then 2 terminations in the last 3 years. No terminations for Late pickup or delivery in the past 2 years. 
• Felony Convictions  All reviewable - No pending charges
• Misdemeanors All reviewable - No pending charges
• DUI/DWI-  1 allowed but has to be outside of 7 years 
• Is Haz-Mat Required? No
• Reimbursed for Haz-Mat? $100 if they get it. 
• Haz-Mat Pay Info 3 cpm more if they haul it. Loaded miles only
• Other Endorsements Required No
• Long Form Physical Required Up Front? No, DOES NEED A 1 YEAR MEDICAL OR BETTER
• Other Automatic DQ's. Rollover, lane change accident, side swipe, rear end, improper backing. DOT preventable has to be 4 years old. No Auto restrictions. No Hit and Run/leaving the scene of an accident in the last 7 years.
