SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
- Attract and Retain new and current customers

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Convert opportunities into sales, renewals, and additional solutions.
- Maintain extensive and current knowledge of products and solutions.
- Maintain an understanding of the IT professional and the IT decision-maker.
- Convert incoming sales leads for maximum long-term revenue while doing right by our customer.
- Provide an unforgettable experience, one that sets us apart from our competitors.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Learning Experience, Finance, Legal, and Learner Support teams.
- Study the competition and gather/share current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Overnight travel as needed to staff trade shows and sales activities.

- This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) salaried position with bonus potential.
