Our client is looking for an IT Analyst. The company is a leader in the healthcare staffing industry; they place a variety of nursing, therapy and imaging, physician, and health information management professionals in facilities from coast-to-coast.
They have the following Corporate position opening located in Park City just off Kimball Junction.
As their new IT Analyst you would be responsible for maintaining the computer database as well as set up and configure computers for new users.
Exceptional IT Analyst to join the team. This position requires a self-starter to provide hardware and software telephone support for all employees. The IT Analyst position will be responsible to maintain computer database as well as set up and configure computers for new users. This position will need to have a strong background in customer service (internal and external customers) and be willing to provide technical support with a smile. Because everyone loves a good smile especially while their computer is not working!
Duties include but are not limited to; checking server event logs, repair and service computers to ensure they are up to date with the latest patches, make sure all offices are connected to company network and protect network from viruses and hackers. The IT Analyst position will require strict adherence to confidentiality. This position will report directly to the IT Help Desk Manager in the corporate office in Park City, UT.

Education: Associates Degree or business experience and certificates
Motivated, well organized, able to multitask and work independently
2yrs troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Working knowledge and understanding of the following:
Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional and above
Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012
Understanding of TCP/IP networking
Great customer service skills
Ability to work effectively independently and with other team members
Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner
Must show attention to detail
Must have capacity building mindset or willingness to learn and change with the company’s core values of Integrity, Candor, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence.
