Canstar is on the look out for a relationship focused Digital Account Manager to join our close-knit and vibrant Commercial team. The Digital Account Manager is a central contributor to Canstar’s revenue generating activities in the digital marketing acquisition market. This exciting role is responsible for the end-to-end management of Canstar’s Digital Customers within the financial product space.

What you will be doing
- end-to-end management of all clients including: new client on-boarding, overseeing insertion orders, campaign set up, monitoring and reporting, contract admin and invoicing, caps and invoicing
- Providing ongoing advice and counsel to clients on Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) activities
- Develop, report and explain campaign objectives, activities and results to clients
- Effectively identify and solve campaign issues and negative trends
- Maintain a high awareness of Canstar digital inventory and assets using tools such as Google Analytics and BIME to communicate key insights and trends to internal stakeholders
- Identify and follow up on opportunities to grow existing client spends through optimisation of budget unweights
- Carry out regular account management activities to existing Canstar digital clients to reinforce the value of their investments
- Closely monitor digital Sales against the formal budget plan – and report back to the Commercial team on a cyclical and ad-hoc basis
- Build models and business cases which support proposals for change to again maximise the value from the digital inventory
What you need to bring to the role
- 3-5yrs experience in Digital Performance acquisition (Agency, Client or Publisher side)
- Strong and proactive communication and prioritisation skills
- Advanced MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
- The ability & attitude to manage a busy ‘To Do’ list in an organised manner
- A strong and reliable work ethic
- The ability to get on with the job and work unsupervised in a small team environment
