The Opportunity – Salesforce Administrator

What you’ll be doing:

  • Constantly contributing to improving the lead generation processes and tools
  • Performing support and maintenance activities in the Salesforce platform
  • Acting as the first point of contact for end user’s questions and support in Sales and Service cloud
  • Diagnosing and Resolving incidents and defects
  • Managing user access, roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Monitoring and supporting Salesforce data integrations with internal and external systems, and when necessary, performing manual data loads, extractions, and migrations
  • Working alongside Data Integrity Specialists to ensure data quality
  • Analyzing requirements with Business Leaders, Product Owners, and Project Managers, and recommending possible solutions
  • Configuring Salesforce functionalities to enhance the performance of business processes including, but not limited to, Object design, Page Layouts, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval Processes and Chatter Groups
  • Preparing custom Salesforce Reports and Dashboards to monitor all operational activities
  • Encouraging best practices and higher user adoption of Salesforce solutions
  • Actively reviewing, assessing, and evaluating application updates to ensure optimal performance
  • Managing and refreshing Salesforce testing environments
  • Deploying and testing new functionalities in production
  • Assisting internal and external development teams with administrative tasks and sharing knowledge gained as Administrator.

 What You Should Already Have:

  • 2+ years of Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience working with dynamic Sales, Customer Services, or Marketing
  • Understanding of Call Center processes and technology is preferred
  • Familiar with Agile concepts and methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of data integration methods and solutions
  • Proven analytical abilities as well as diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to rapid changes in scope and agenda to meet changing business needs
  • Strong experience with sales processes, lead capture, and order flow
  • Must have strong communication and presentation skills and be able to share changes and findings to a variety of teams timely & effectively
  • A positive attitude and willingness for continuous learning of new technologies
