Front Desk Administrator for Camden Menlo Park
- Welcomes patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Direct patients to correct destination
- Monitor visitor access and inform program management
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Monitor, maintain, and manage inventory of office equipment and supplies
- Maintains safe and clean reception area
- Support the Program Manager to complete various administrative tasks
Education and Experience
