Job Summary
Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the onsite team's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the management team.
Characteristics
- Research- Must be able to conduct research for new market communities for budgeting and operations purposes.
- Sales and Prospect Management - Ability to be a peoples person and be able to close the prospect and turn them into a resident
- Lease Management- Responsible for obtaining occupancy goals of the property
Marketing
- Work with the Caliber's Marketing team to coordinate overall company branding.
- Know competitors and be able to differentiate the Caliber product and people
- Proficiently articulate the value proposition of the property.
- Deliver a positive and consistent in person experience with all prospective customers
- Maintain site social media platforms
- Create the onsite voice
