The Punch Technician will be responsible for upholding various administrative, customer service and curb appeal standards for incoming and departing residents during Summer/Fall Turnover.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
- Inspecting and trashing out units.
- Maintaining grounds, including trash pickup, removing debris from walkways, sidewalks, patios and other common areas.
- Moving and lifting furniture.
- Cutting keys.
- Assisting with move ins/move outs.
- Assisting with customer service.
- Straightening and clean office area.
- Assisting service team with curb appeal and various maintenance requests.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
- Physical demands include: walking, driving, standing, sitting, stooping, crouching, reaching, stretching, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, climbing stairs, and lifting.
- Use of cleaning supplies.
- Outdoor and indoor work required, changing weather conditions.
- Outdoor activities and commuting from one apartment to another or one building to another.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High School Diploma required
Experience
Relevant experienced preferred.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills required. Experience with a work order maintenance system, basic typing skills
and knowledge of computers. Use of the company’s payroll system is required to submit time off requests and clock in and out.
