Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for overall client happiness, overseeing client projects and engaging in potential sales opportunities with their existing clients.  Other members of the Client Success Services team may also provide assignments to coordinate and conduct new user training for 1-on-1 or small group sessions. Successful candidates will also actively engage themselves to further their own technological knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an actively growing organization. 

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Manage trusted relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges and processes resulting in renewal of services
  • Manage larger-scale support related issues and projects
  • Identify and engage in upselling opportunities with existing clients
  • Create external and internal training resources
  • Deliver 1-on-1 or small group user training
  • Participate in regular update meetings with the clients
  • Prepare client resources such as infohubs, user management forms, and personal time off forms 
  • Develop skills by participating in regular training sessions and certification exams
  • Maintain an active presence on social media such as LinkedIn
  • Develop case studies showcasing client success through their partnership with Business Cloud
  • Work with our product partners to develop business processes and solutions
  • Work with our Accounting team to ensure client billables are regularly updated and accurate
  • Other duties as required

Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and dedication to customer service
  • Presentation or public speaking skills considered an asset
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative project work, project management experience, or teaching experience
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • A mind for creative design, social media management, and writing would be beneficial
  • Basic knowledge of the G Suite set of products: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc
  • Technical knowledge of computer hardware and software is preferred
