Job Summary
 Title: Deployment & Training Specialist
 Department: Client Success Services
 Type: Full-time, entry-level, salaried, paid vacation, training (Google Certification)

The Deployment & Training Specialist is responsible for assisting the Implementation Manager with new client deployment deliverables.  Account Managers may also provide assignments to coordinate and conduct new user training for 1-on-1 or small group sessions. Successful candidates will also actively engage themselves to further their own technological knowledge. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an actively growing organization. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver 1-on-1 or small group user training
  • Create and refine new user training resources
  • Provision user accounts across a variety of our supported services
  • Prepare client resources including: infohubs, user management forms, and personal time off forms 
  • Perform cross-platform and intra-platform data migrations
  • Ensure client specific Operations Docs are populated with essential deployment info
  • Participate in regular deployment update meetings with the clients
  • Develop skills by participating in regular training sessions and certification exams
  • Other duties as required

Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and dedication to customer service
  • Presentation or public speaking skills considered an asset
  • Collaborative project work, project management experience, or teaching experience
  • A mind for creative design, social media management, and writing would be beneficial
  • Technical proficiency with a variety of computer hardware and software, including mobile devices
  • Basic knowledge of the G Suite set of products: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
