Through our social-first digital content platform, we help brands share their stories and experiences through a variety of executions such as: social, web, email, IRL events and influencer activations.
Bucket Listers is growing and looking for someone who lives and breathes partnership building and sales. This individual's primary responsibility will be managing a team of reps who are closing new business across a variety of SMBs (small and medium sized businesses). We are looking for hungry and passionate individuals to help bring Bucket Listers to the next level
Description
- Day-to-day sales team management - be a true leader and mentor
- Recruit, hire, train, develop and retain a high performing team
- Implement strategic sales training, planning, and forecasting
- Ensure quality oversight over all client correspondence, proposal execution, and deal closing
- Share best practices when it comes to inside sales (phone) and closing effectively
- Understand and effectively communicate the Bucket Listers value proposition and bespoke campaign strategy to prospective and current clients
- Be the expert on all things sales process, always mindful of efficiency and scalability
- Effectively able to roll out new sales product and manage ongoing process adoption
- Maintain team’s CRM hygiene and pipeline management/reporting
- Keen ability to glean insight from sales pipeline to strategically approach client outreach
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
- Manage teams’ monthly/quarterly quota
- Craft creative sales pushes/tactics (e.g. event seasonality)
- Develop a strategic approach to growing business at existing accounts
- Coach, develop and motivate your team of reps to become top achievers and future leaders
- Contribute recommendations for changing sales roles, coverage models, or team configurations in order to maximize sales productivity.
- Passionate about the digital media industry landscapes, trends and competitive offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3+ experience in a digital ad or local SMB sales experience
- Minimum of 1+ year experience successfully structuring sales teams and managing sales teams in a business-to-business sales environment
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive a sales organization to hit key metrics.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team
- Experience developing sales plans and analyzing metrics
- Experience with Streak and G-Suite preferred
