A well-established Hospitality Service & Management Company is currently seeking Promotional Models in a fun and lucrative industry.
Immediate full and part time positions are available at the largest volume high-end clubs in California.
Responsibilities:
Promote the businesses at various events and venues
Encourage and secure new customers to attend various club events and promotions
Closing the sale with superb customer service
Post about our promotions online (e.g. social media and forums)
Create, share and respond to online reviews
Participate in events/trade shows as a spokesperson for our company
Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers
Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers
Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends
Monitor online comments and respond or forward to the Marketing department
Assist in organizing marketing events
Track customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests
Strong social media presence on multiple platforms
Experience creating online content
Familiarity with scheduling tools for social media, like
Hootsuite Excellent communication skills
Positive, Professional attitude
An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people

Minimum Qualifications:
6+ Months of customer service and/or sales experience
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated creative problem solving
Proven experience as promotional model preferred however not required
Hospitality/Hotel/Nightclub/Bar/Retail service industry experience is a plus.
Hands-on experience in customer service or sales
May be scheduled, as needed, to work shifts at outside promotional events and will be required to wear no less than a bikini in public (e.g. nightclubs, boxing events, car shows, etc.) which you will be compensated.:
Minimum Age Must be at least age 18 to work in an alcoholic establishment.
Schedule Must be able to work a flexible schedule. You will be required to arrive at work consistent with your scheduled time and to clock in and out, including for all meals and breaks as may be provided for under applicable federal and/or state law. The Company will assign your days and hours per work center needs, with a full shift being an 8-hour period. The Company may cancel a shift at its sole discretion. When/if this was to happen, any state specific minimum reporting time may apply.
Behavior Must abide by all Company rules, policies and procedures including, but not limited to, those set forth in the employee handbook as made available with the New Employee Hire Package. Must be able to work with others on a team.
Background Checks. Employment may be subject to a satisfactory background check that may include verification of education, work history. Additionally, employment is contingent upon the ability to establish legal authorization to work in the United States and must meet any additional state, federal or other local legal requirements.
Benefits. Full Time employees are eligible for participation in the Company’s group health plan beginning the first of the month following thirty (30) days from the date of hire.
