Client Advocates at Brook Farm Veterinary Center are known for exceeding our clients’ expectations by providing outstanding service and by making a warm and welcoming impression. Our Advocacy team spends most of their time interacting with pet owners - they schedule appointments, review medical history, and help coordinate care between different departments.
Client Advocates must understand medicine and people quickly. The position is part crowd control, part efficiency expert, and part concierge. They must remain professional and courteous to clients and co-workers while handling multiple tasks at once with many interruptions. Client Advocates always conduct themselves in a way that prioritizes patient health and client comfort, and they expend as much time, effort, and energy that’s necessary to cultivate a remarkable experience.
