Key Role Responsibilities

  • Effective communication with all levels of the Bronte Construction Team
  • Read and interpret project drawings and specifications
  • Manage projects including project coordination, monitoring schedules, and budgets
  • Communicate with clients, agencies, stakeholders, and the public
  • Includes financial, schedule, and scope management of projects
  • Manage the contractor’s review of shop drawings and submittals to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Liaise with design firms to coordinate constructability, questions, request for information and coordination of extra work.
  • Procurement of construction materials
  • Submission of all project startup documentation

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be P.Eng or EIT
  • 3+ years’ experience in road, highway, heavy civil projects
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Strong project technical and analytical skills
  • Strong technical writing skills; experienced in the preparation of correspondence, reports, and proposals
  • Effective verbal communicator, including presentation, facilitation and listening skills
  • Experience in leading a team of technical specialists and professional engineers
  • Strategic, analytical and practical thinker
