YOU’LL WORK ON
Getting prospective customers excited! You’ll drive the demand generation strategy and implementation to streamline prospects through the selling stages, optimizing conversion and sales cycle with a focus on long-term relationships. Working closely with sales and leadership, you’ll lead sales enablement, conferences & events, and keep that referral pipeline flowing! Through both meeting face to face and engaging hands-on with current customers and prospective ones, you’ll help the company grow and mature in customer acquisition strategy, building a more robust and sophisticated lead generation engine.
YOU'LL HAVE OWNERSHIP OVER
- Targeted B2B demand generation programs that directly contribute to company revenue, with the opportunity to grow a team
- Collaborating with sales and leadership team to develop sales enablement materials, tools, and strategies
- Design, ideation, and execution of conferences & events presence and impact
- Build-out of a referral program and growth of qualified leads
- Experiments with creative multi-touch programs that drive engagement with prospective customers and shortens the buying cycle
- An acquisition budget to achieve your targets while maintaining optimal customer acquisition costs
- Lead generation KPIs
- In 30 days, observe and intake industry landscape, talk to customers and analyze sales conversations, identify areas of improvement and propose new strategies and programs
- In 60 days, refine and execute on proposed strategies and programs, shaping them from the ground up and managing their execution
- In 90 days, measure the impact of your programs, exceed historical (organic) monthly lead generation rate!
- You have 3-5 years of experience in B2B lead generation within a technology company or a high growth startup (actual B2B sales experience is a bonus!)
- A creative, experimental, out-of-the box thinker when it comes to building scalable B2B marketing programs
- Someone who can easily put yourself in a customer’s shoes and unveil insights that get actioned right away!
- Exceptional at speaking, networking, and communicating with others
- Highly resourceful, self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented, thrilled by a fast-paced environment and working on both strategy and tactics at the same time
