    Brizi delivers hundreds of thousands of memories at sports stadiums in 8 countries around the world. Our ambition is to grow to every iconic venue on the globe, and be as ubiquitous as a beer & hot dog at any sporting event. To execute on this vision, we have raised $2.5M in seed from top investors and built a strategic partnership with Canon. We have been establishing a foundation and now are looking to accelerate our growth. The business operations role at Brizi is pivotal to the company's sales ops, people ops, and finance ops with multiple avenues for career growth opportunities as the company scales.
     
    YOU ARE

    A "get-shit-done" extraordinaire with at least 2 years of experience within a very fast-paced team
    Someone who gets a thrill from multitasking, getting organized, obsessing (slightly) over details, and operating under pressure
    An energetic communicator who is easy to get along with, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and self-awareness
    Self-motivated, resourceful, creative, gritty, empathetic, helpful, and has a track record of learning fast

    THIS JOB INVOLVES

    Reporting and auditing sales operations in the CRM and tracking sales momentum metrics
    Owning day-to-day operations including financial reporting, expenses, and budgets
    Tracking the hiring processes, including conducting phone screens, scheduling, and new employee onboarding
    Keeping an eye out for continuous improvement opportunities and miscellaneous tasks in the office
