Provide amazing customer service for BrightPlan clients. Client communication via email and phone responding to questions and handling issues with their BrightPlan account and BrightPlan Investment Account(s). Develop a repeatable process for resolving client issues quickly and in a way that delights clients. Document the process so that it can scale efficiently as the client success team grows. Flexibility to take on new challenges and learn how to resolve issues we have not seen before as we roll out new offerings. Ability to troubleshoot issues with third party vendors (Yodlee / TD Ameritrade / Hubspot).
