    $70-$75k + bonus potential

    The Associate Director of Individual Giving is a new position that will be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donors with the capacity to give up to $10k throughout the country. The role will also collaborate with the organization’s regional Directors of Major Giving in order to build a pipeline of major giving donors at the $10k+ level. Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant fundraising experience. Disease or health related experience is preferred. Salary is $70-$75k, based on experience + bonus potential. This position can be based in Miami, Chicago or Dallas.

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify individual, corporate and philanthropic foundation donor prospects with the capacity to give up to $10k
    • Create and execute plans for identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donors
    • Develop a moves management plan
    • Collaborate with Directors of Major Giving in order to build a pipeline of major donors

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 3+ years of relevant fundraising experience
    • Ability to self-manage and collaborate with a national team
    • Disease or health related development experience preferred
    • Strong team focus and collaboration skills
