BridgePoint Associates is searching for a Recruiting Coordinator to join a growing team. This is a terrific growth opportunity that will assist with the full lifecycle of the recruitment process for open positions with our clients located throughout the country. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Managing Partner and be responsible for assisting with sourcing and screening prospective candidates.
This role has the potential to fast track into a Recruiting Specialist position, responsible for interviewing and evaluating candidates for open positions. The position will handle a high volume of emails and phone calls. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task, work independently and meet strict deadlines. Strong customer service skills are a plus. No prior recruiting experience is required. We provide extensive training.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage job postings
- Create job descriptions according to firm specifications
- Research and create new candidate prospect lists efficiently and accurately
- Reply to emails and phone calls from interested candidates
- Search and gather data from multiple sources efficiently and accurately
- Screen resumes from applicants
- Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews
- Effectively utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accuracy of records
- Perform reference checks as requested by clients
- Assist with coordinating other recruiting activities, as needed
- Other support, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ year(s) professional work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to respond to a high volume of email and phone inquiries
- Must be highly detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent internet search skills with both speed and accuracy
- Possess the ability to multi-task, work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service experience a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
