Our Business Development associates are in charge of expanding our client base and managing relationships with those clients. This is the perfect chance to polish your sales chops by identifying qualified prospects and lining up big-ticket accounts. What you'll do
- Leverage outbound lead campaigns including cold calling, email, and social media to qualify potential B2B/B2C sales prospects.
- Use sales techniques build prospect lists, craft outbound messaging and sharing results with the rest of the business development team.
- Initiate sales conversations with key decision makers at target companies.
- Develop a strong pipeline for advertisement leads via phone and email communications.
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Breazy.com platform, industry trends, and competition.
- Have a great time with a fun-loving, hard-working team of colleagues!
Who you are:
- A college graduate with 1-3 years professional experience -- ideally in some type of lead generation capacity.
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running in prospecting, managing, and qualifying prospects.
- Someone with the love of developing and fostering relationships and who loves the networking aspect of sales and Business Development.
- A clear and concise communicator who is able to break down complex ideas into into simple terms anyone can understand.
- An overachiever. You never quit, never take no for an answer, and ultimately succeed in everything you do!
Compensation includes Base plus Commission.
