Marketing Coordinator

The Breazy team is on the hunt for a strategic marketing superstar with uncanny organizational skills and an attention to detail that rivals Michelangelo. This virtuoso will balance administrative duties while also having the opportunity to develop attention-grabbing campaigns for a variety of channels including email, on-site, social media, and affiliate.

This role will be a key member of the marketing team and a force for driving Breazy forward. If you meet the above criteria, and you have experience with shopify and ecommerce marketing, we’d like to meet you! 
 
About the role:
 
  • Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
  • Planning and executing B2C and B2B marketing campaigns through a variety of different channels including email, on-site, affiliate, digital ad banners, push notifications, social, print and more.
  • Drafting compelling email marketing campaigns, which will include product selection, attention grabbing subject lines, and working with graphic design team to match attention grabbing assets. 
  • Developing original content for social media and all other marketing channels, from copy to creative assets.
  • Working with analytics team to conduct in-depth analysis on past customer buying behavior to spot trends.
  • Setting up and maintaining reports for online marketing activities.
  • Working with editorial to ensure consistent branding messaging for copy.
  • Identifying and securing new affiliate channels and creating affiliate-exclusive promotions. 
  • Initiating and managing influencer campaigns on Instagram, YouTube and other platforms. 
  • Working with editorial to leverage our content for marketing and PR campaigns and projects
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with relevant media outlets. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Assistant or similar role.
  • 2-3 years of B2C digital marketing experience.
  • Detail oriented self-starter with excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with best practices in email, on-site, affiliate and social media marketing.
  • Experience creating marketing reports utilizing Google Analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
  • Creative thinking and ability to thrive in a small team, in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Familiarity with, and understanding of, the vaping market.
  • Experience in copywriting.
  • Understanding of SEO.
  • Photography skills & Photoshop knowledge are a plus!
