About the role
This is a central business, operational role at Brave. Our team of talent analysts work to determine what business leaders are asking for and what they actually need. Armed with that insight, they figure how to best predict and communicate the skills of talent in our system for a company's team.

Preferred Experience
3 years in recruitment and 1 year in customer success. The objective of this experience is to bring an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in talent sourcing, with bias to helping companies successfully grow. In addition, 1 year of experience with research and analysis would help as we often find and communicate quantitative and qualitative information about people.

Required Skills
  • LinkedIn recruiting using boolean search
  • Consistent data entry and following repeatable processes
  • Client service emails and calls
  • Knowledge of technical roles
  • Client hiring needs diagnosis
  • Writing skills for client facing talent summaries
  • Ability to conduct market and talent research

Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer Science or Engineering Degree
  • Statistics, Economics, or Actuary Degree
  • Psychology of Social Sciences Degree
