Job Description
- Perform Salesforce System Administrator functions
- Create and implement software modifications, enhancements, integrations to existing systems.
- Participate in the testing and deployment of application upgrades to systems.
- Provide training and technical support to end users for new or existing systems
- Create end user documentation
Desired Skills and Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC
- Experience with Visual Workflow and Custom code (APEX)
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification required
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate articulately and succinctly with technical and non-technical staff
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work independently, prioritizing work and proactively communicate status.
Education Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a Salesforce System Administrator role
- B.S / B.A. degree in Information Systems, Business, or other related discipline
