- Project manage and launch a successful kick-off with our customers
- Make our customers love Branch, and help them find success with Branch’s products.
- Be an advocate for their business.
- Work across product, sales, marketing and support to use customer feedback in improving our product.
- Analyze and monitor adoption and product utilization.
- Create strategies for Implementation (training, onboarding, support, and advocacy)
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years of experience in consulting, CS, Sales or any client-facing role within a rapidly growing organization.
- Ability to understand the Branch products and build great relationships with payroll, workforce management and benefits teams.
- Has a knack for working well with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Has a natural curiosity as to how businesses work, and will be driven to help our top users find success.
- Has successfully deployed and launched a software product into large organizations
- Can think creatively, challenge assumptions and take risks on ideas to further increase adoption and usage of Branch
Nice to haves:
- Prior experience at a growth stage internet or software company.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role working with high-growth technology companies.
- Experience with SQL or a willingness/aptitude to learn.
