Customer Support Agent

What you'll do

  • ID, troubleshoot, communicate and resolve issues
  • Use customer support software (multiple tools) to resolve issues
  • Receive calls from clients and troubleshoot appropriately
  • Troubleshoot issues and either solve them or escalate them to the appropriate teams
  • Empathizing with customers that are experiencing issues


Qualifications

  • Previous support experience a plus
  • Experience with Zendesk customer support software
  • Ability to work nights and weekends a plus
  • Clear Communicator - customers leave interactions with zero confusion
  • Problem Solver - Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Coachable - Open to feedback and can show improvement
