Branch is seeking a thoughtful product marketer to join our marketing team. You’ll lead the charge on bringing Branch and our new features to market and developing educational initiatives that drive deep adoption.

What You Will Be Doing
- You'll drive deeper adoption of our platform through product marketing.
- You'll develop a deep understanding of user's needs through user research, gathering customer feedback, analyzing usage metrics, and conducting competitive research.
- You will surface actionable user insights into the product team and other cross-functional teammates including developer relations and business development.
- You'll validate product direction, messaging, and positioning through usability studies and customer betas.
- Develop a methodology to track and measure the impact of new features and campaigns.
- You will own go-to-market strategy for new features including messaging, positioning, customer education, and launch activities that drive sustained adoption.
- You'll create customer-facing educational materials that drive adoption.
- Own and craft the positioning/messaging across all functions
- You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, sales, customer success, throughout the product development cycle as well as with sales and marketing to deepen usage.
What You Should Have
- 5+ years in marketing, 2+ years of experience in product marketing.
- Understanding of product marketing, including user research, measurement, planning, crafting positioning/messaging, user product education, and developing creative assets (e.g., website content, videos, presentations).
- Track record of developing marketing strategies that deepen user engagement.
- Partner with and influence cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to make informed decisions when the answers aren’t immediately clear.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans.
- Analytical and metrics-driven, comfortable finding and digging into data and teasing out insights.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
