The Dealership Relationship Manager is responsible for initiating, maintaining and building existing and new dealer client relationships in the Chicago and eventually nationwide markets. Focus will be placed on establishing brand-new relationships as well as maintaining our existing relationships. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, passionate over-achievers with a track record of exceeding goals and building long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships.
Responsibilities
- Convert your automobile dealership-related experience and relationships into concrete, measurable lead-generation results.
- Acquire strategic business partnerships, mainly automobile dealerships, as well as maintain and nurture mutually-beneficial relationships with car dealerships locally and nationwide.
- You will start from building local dealership network and get them onboard with us. Strong candidates will lead the buildup of our national sales team, training sales and providing feedback to senior management team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with automobile dealership, preferably 2-5 years or more
- Result-driven, well-versed in negotiation, deal closing and problem-solving
- Self-motivated with proven ability to perform well under pressure and against goals and deadlines
- Proven success working in a self-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- At least 1 year of sales or retail experience is strongly preferred
- Must be willing to travel 60%-90% of the time
- Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship
