Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a high-energy Human Resources Manager who can team up with the management team to build a great workforce. This position is a highly entrepreneurial role in which the candidate will be managing the whole Human Resources system of Boro. Competent candidate will be entitled to an attractive stock option package.


Responsibilities

  • Work along with the management team to build strategies and pipeline: source, assess, and close high caliber candidates in the Boro team
  • Continuously build a network of potential candidates, conduct in-depth interviews
  • Collaborate with leaders of each department to design and improve the recruitment, retention and training processes
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Assist the management team to build a great company culture and nurture a positive working environment
  • Maintain and develop pay plan and benefits program; oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resources management
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full lifecycle human resources management experience, including some tech/startup experience.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and scaling up a workforce as HR manager
  • Ability to use innovative, out-of-the-box thinking to find high-quality talents and be fearless in pursuing great candidates
  • Excellent at driving the process and keeping it moving forward despite any obstacles
  • Excellent representative of the company - professional, articulate, knowledgeable and intelligent
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluency in recruitment tools and HR systems
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • A fun and collaborative teammate who pitches in wherever necessary
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
