Growing rapidly, we have opened UK regional offices this year, and we’re tripling the size of our Accounts Receivable team across London and Cape Town. What we need
We need a smart, knowledgeable, client-facing Accounts Receivable Credit Controller who is genuinely excited about growing a book from scratch in a truly entrepreneurial environment. This person will sit at the heart of our AR team, gathering and making sense of complex data and becoming its custodian. Initially, this expert will become the strongest link between BOOST&Co and our current AR clients, getting involved in growing this book as our business takes off. In support will be a smart, self-motivated Clerk, whom we are recruiting simultaneously. We already have a highly regarded industry expert at the helm of the team, along with an experienced team leader running things operationally, so the infrastructure is in place to ensure that both of the people we appoint can focus on what needs doing right from the start.

• Account reconciliations
• Full client onboarding
• Client and debtor payment collections
• Opening and management of new accounts
• Weekly and monthly credit reports
• Overseeing invoice schedules
• Watching over PODs and credit limits
• Dealing with all client and debtor enquiries
• Arranging refunds of overpayments
• Initial credit vetting of debtors
• Training our Clerks
• Ongoing credit risk management
