As part of our Professional Services Team, this role will be split between shaping our internal training by expanding our product knowledge across the teams and externally training our new clients as they’re due to go live. This is an excellent opportunity to completely re-shape our training as a whole and have the freedom to creatively ensure that our product sticks. You will be;
About the role
- Driving advocacy, ensuring that key people across the business, are educated on different aspects of our product modules
- Tapping into the right audience with our clients, ensuring the right people are being trained and knowledge is being shared
- Building out a training structure for the business globally and educating the teams on this process
- Helping with the training platform config, building your own training environments and talking technically with our Developers and Engineering Team
- Thinking on your feet and responding to questions and queries during your sessions
About you
You’re a tech enthusiast and love getting hands on and building out new processes from scratch. You can push back and set clear expectations both internally and externally ensuring that your training protocol is understood and adhered to. You’re patient, love to educate and are keen to promote knowledge sharing and understand the importance of impeccable documentation. You have;
- Experience interacting with large, Enterprise clients and a solid commercial understanding of a SaaS business
- A basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JSON; and an understanding of SAML, SFDC and exchange integrations
- Experience of building out a training function within a fast growing business
- Innovative solutions to tailoring your training, ensuring that knowledge sticks
