Boll & Branch, the home brand that creates industry-leading luxury goods from the ground up, is seeking a talented and motivated Director of CRM & Social Media.
The Director of CRM will define and help execute the customer journey - from first visit to first purchase to loyal buyer. You will partner with teammates, stakeholders and marketing partners to grow the the Boll & Branch customer base and execute new segmentation, conversion and re-engagement approaches across all marketing channels including paid advertising, email, sms and social. In short, we’re looking for a data-driven CRM leader who has a growth mindset and a passion for executing scalable strategies.
This position will be based at our Summit, NJ headquarters (a minimum of 3 days per week), with the flexibility to regularly work from our NYC satellite office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define our segmentation and cross-channel communications strategy across the Boll & Branch portfolio
- Grow our lead and buyer database through a variety of on-site, content and partnership opportunities; This includes all engagement channels including Email, SMS and Social
- Develop remarketing strategy and execution to achieve revenue goals
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies that deliver the right product to the right customer at the right time
- Optimize our communications through rigorous a/b testing and experimentation
- Monitor and maintain healthy email deliverability, sms engagement and social media reach
- Collaborate closely with head of growth on paid advertising efforts to support sustainable CAC:LTV by channel
- Lead and actively support a team of 2 (true player/coach)
- Support retail growth efforts
- Measure, monitor and analyze CRM’s overall business impact and progress toward Engagement and Revenue KPIs
- Boll & Branch customer insights expert - understands our cohort behavior, nuanced consumer metrics and key business drivers
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience leading CRM and/or Email Marketing, growth stage company experience preferred
- Hands on experience with marketing and tech platforms (e.g., Iterable, Google Analytics, BI tools, etc.)
- Proven track record of working collaboratively
- Highly self-motivated, hard-working, and results driven
