Customer Service & Administration

Job Description:
If you have a can-do attitude, excellent computer skills, are professional and can work well with others then we would love to speak with you! This person will be reaching out to our customers and ensure that they are setup with the software and assist them with anything they may need. You will have the opportunity to upsell customers with training and support packages with an added bonus. This will include high volume inbound and outbound customer relation calls. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented, excellent organization and customer service skills
  • Computer skills a must
  • Administrative skills a must
  • Pleasant phone voice
  • Professional and accurate communication skills at all levels
  • Order processing/verification experience desired
  • Must be Microsoft Office proficient
  • Up-sell customers to our technical support packages

About this Position:

  • Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
