Block is a renovation platform that transforms the renovation experience for homeowners and contractors. Our mission is to give homeowners a better way to improve the spaces they live in, and to give contractors a better way to work. We are building an ambitious, tenacious, and creative team who is unafraid of tackling new challenges.
As the product manager for our Builder technology, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap of full-stack tools that enable our contractors to grow their business and better serve their clients. As a marketplace, it is our responsibility to not only ensure customers have a seamless renovation, but also to enable the success of our build partners. This in turn reduces the load on internal operations and allows us to scale.
You’ll partner closely with construction, operations, and design while keeping a holistic perspective on all the key players within the Builder ecosystem, from the back office to the individual crew members. Your work will not only improve the renovation journey for Block clients, but also catalyze the general contracting field by reducing overhead and establishing best practices.
