We are currently looking for a part-time administrative assistant to help our team with a variety of administrative responsibilities supporting multiple groups within our organization. Tasks include, but not limited to:
General office administration
- Office maintenance
- General Clerical activities
- Setting up conference rooms for group events
- Running errands as needed
Interdepartmental & Customer Visit Support
- Assist with meeting scheduling, conference calls and communication
- Prepare documents for multi-department meetings
- Hospitality during customer visits
