We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our US team. You will play a key role in defining the way we work at Shadow and drive the teams to execute our strategy to dominate cloud gaming. We are seeking a cross functional, polished, creative, experienced Ops Manager who understands the importance of building strong relationships with managers and teams.

  • Improve the way we work - Identify deficiencies in our organization and work with teams to fix them in the short and long term
  • Analyze – Collect and synthesize operational insights, develop recommendations, and work cross-functionally to implement those solutions
  • Prioritize - Synchronize teams with our overall strategy to make sure we deliver as a company
  • Coordinate - Drive all type of projects (new features, new launches, etc...) across the organization

  • 8+ years including management experience in operations, consulting, strategy, business development, technology, banking, analytics, etc
  • High-growth or early-stage startup experience 
  • Management/strategy consulting experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical and execution background - ability to identify and implement growth opportunities
  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets
  • Natural leader – You pride yourself on your ability to lead and motivate a team
